We represent a number of protection and indemnity (P&I) clubs that insure many of the ships coming to Guyana. We handle contentious and non-contentious shipping matters, including ship arrests arising from accidents, claims for wages and damaged cargo. We also advise on claims for loss or damage, arrange cargo and damage surveys, note protests, deal with stowaways and medical emergencies, negotiate settlements and advise ship masters. Our admiralty practice is the largest in Guyana.
